Diamond Home Support is committed to supporting sustainable and environmentally responsible practices across all areas of the business. We recognise that even small changes in day-to-day operations can help reduce environmental impact over time, which is why sustainability forms an important part of how we work both locally and nationally.

Within our home cleaning services, we support the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible. Many customers now prefer environmentally conscious cleaning options within their homes, particularly where there are children, pets or allergy concerns. Where customers choose to supply eco-friendly products, cleaners are encouraged to use them as part of the cleaning process.

We also encourage sustainable cleaning practices designed to reduce unnecessary water and chemical usage during domestic cleaning visits. Simple measures such as avoiding excessive product use and using reusable cleaning materials where appropriate can help reduce waste while still maintaining high cleaning standards.

Responsible waste disposal is also promoted throughout our network. Cleaners are encouraged to dispose of waste appropriately within customers’ homes and to support household recycling arrangements wherever possible.

Beyond cleaning operations, Diamond Home Support has also taken steps to reduce environmental impact within its wider business activities. Our Head Office is supplied entirely by green energy and our website operates using 100% renewable energy powered hosting.

The introduction of digital systems and new technology has also allowed us to become a largely paper-free organisation. By reducing printed paperwork and encouraging electronic communication wherever practical, we continue working towards more sustainable day-to-day operations across the business.

Finally, we have our Tree For a Review programme. This is where we fund the planting of a tree for every review we get on our Trustpilot review profile. This is done via Treeapp.
