Diamond Home Support is looking for reliable cleaners to join a well-established local service on a self-employed basis in the Cambridge area. You will work with regular clients each week, choosing the times and locations that fit your routine.

What You Can Expect

You will be matched with local clients in Cambridge who need weekly or fortnightly support. The work is arranged at fixed times so you know your schedule in advance. You are paid directly by each client and the rate is competitive. Insurance is provided for the cleaning you complete. You choose your own hours and decide which areas you want to cover. There is no need to work evenings or weekends. Support from the Cambridge office is available whenever you need it.

Main Tasks

Typical duties include:

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms

• Dusting and polishing surfaces

• Vacuuming

• Mopping or steaming floors

• Tidying rooms

• Cleaning internal windows or similar household areas

What You Need

Applicants should work on a self-employed basis and have at least a year of experience in domestic cleaning or a similar role. Two references are required. Some clients live in areas without public transport, so a car and driving licence are required. Living in or close to the Cambridge area helps with travel time. Cleaners who already have their own client base and want extra work are also welcome.
