The Role

Diamond Home Support is looking for reliable, self-employed cleaners to join an established local service in Hyde. You'll take on a set of regular weekly clients, choosing times and locations that work for you.

How It Works

You'll be introduced to local Hyde clients wanting weekly or fortnightly cleaning, with visits set at fixed times so you know your schedule well in advance. Each client pays you directly at a competitive rate, and insurance covers the work you carry out. Your hours and the areas you cover are entirely your choice, with no evenings or weekends expected, and the Hyde office is on hand whenever you need support.

Main Tasks

Typical duties include:

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms

• Dusting and polishing surfaces

• Vacuuming

• Mopping or steaming floors

• Tidying rooms

• Cleaning internal windows or similar household areas

What You Need

You should be working on a self-employed basis, with at least a year's experience in domestic cleaning or a similar role, plus two references. A car and driving licence are needed too, as some clients live outside easy reach of public transport. Being based in or near Hyde helps cut down travel time, and cleaners who already run their own round and want extra work are just as welcome to apply.
