Job Description

We're looking for a dependable, self-employed cleaner to take on regular clients across Rayleigh. You'll build up your own round of weekly or fortnightly visits and fit them around your own week.

What You Can Expect

We'll match you with clients around Rayleigh who need regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning. Each visit is arranged for a set time, so you'll know your week well in advance. Clients pay you directly, the rate is competitive, and you're insured while carrying out the work. You choose your own hours and which areas of Rayleigh you'd like to cover, with no requirement to work evenings or weekends. Support from our local team is there whenever you need it.

Main Tasks

Typical duties include:

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms

• Dusting and polishing surfaces

• Vacuuming

• Mopping or steaming floors

• Tidying rooms

• Cleaning internal windows or similar household areas

What You Need

You'll need to be working on a self-employed basis with at least a year's experience in domestic cleaning or similar work, plus two references. A car and driving licence are useful, as some clients are out towards Hockley and Rochford as well as central Rayleigh. Being based in or near Rayleigh is a real advantage for keeping travel time to a minimum. Cleaners who already have their own clients and want extra hours are also welcome to apply.
