What to Expect

You'll be matched with local Bodmin clients wanting weekly or fortnightly cleaning, with visits arranged at fixed times so your schedule is always known in advance. Each client pays you directly at a competitive rate, and insurance covers the work you carry out. Your hours and the areas you cover are entirely your choice, there's no need for evenings or weekends, and the Bodmin office is there whenever support is needed.

On the Job

Typical duties include:

Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
Dusting and polishing surfaces
Vacuuming
Mopping or steaming floors
Tidying rooms
Cleaning internal windows or similar household areas

Who We're Looking For

You'll need to be set up as self-employed, with at least a year's experience in domestic cleaning or a comparable role, plus two references. A car and driving licence are needed too, since not every client is within easy reach of public transport. Being based in or near Bodmin helps keep travel time manageable, and cleaners who already have their own client base and want extra work are just as welcome to apply.
